Shift: Monday – Friday – 7:00am to 5:00pm, Weekends as needed
Compensation: $65,000-$80,000 DOE

Responsibilities
- Responsible for the coordination and dispatch of service technicians.
- Manage assigned personnel, direct service technicians, oversee field service work and visit job sites. Including on-going training to remain current and ensure that service staff is up to date and current.
- Troubleshoot problems, provide training, order parts, support field personnel in all facets of their daily duties, ensuring they have the equipment, training and licenses as necessary or required.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Responsible for departmental costs, profits, utilization of personnel and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure timely and cost-effective start-up of maintenance contracts, and efficient and timely installation of jobs, providing maintenance according to contract requirements, and ensuring customer concerns/complaints are resolved in a timely manner.
- Implement work processes that result in customer satisfaction.
- Respond to or assist other Service Technicians responding to emergency service calls to keep system downtime to a minimum.
- Provide counsel, coaching and leadership.
- Troubleshoot, repair and restore equipment/systems to full operation.
- Recommend revisions/replacements/upgrades when necessary for effectiveness or in cases of obsolescence.
- Other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience
Requires a valid driver’s license, technical training, equipment knowledge and the ability to teach and advise. Requires a high school diploma and/or equivalent. Applicable field experience is required.
Work Environment
Frequently works in outside weather conditions. May be exposed to uncomfortable temperatures and/or conditions. Occasionally exposed to wet, snow, hot, and humid conditions. Subject to dark confined workspaces such as crawl spaces and attics. Office like work environment as well throughout the day.
Physical Demands
Light to heavy working conditions. Be comfortable with and physically able to safely help lift heavy equipment, climb ladders, stand for long periods of time, bend, crawl and kneel. Must be able to lift 100+ pounds.
Supervisory Responsibility
Directly supervises all Service Technicians, Works closely with Inside Sales Reps, Customer Service Reps and other department managers. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing and training employees; appraising performance, rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Job Description:
The HVAC Service Technician is responsible for the maintenance and repair of HVAC systems, such as air conditioners, furnaces, fan coils, heat pumps, ductless systems, and fireplaces. The HVAC Service Technician will also perform warranty services, emergency repairs and assist with customers’ queries.
- Runs diagnostics, completes repairs, and runs routine maintenance on residential gas furnaces, electric furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioning units, ductless mini-splits, duct work, etc.
- Educate customers by offering proactive repairs, system upgrades, and maintenance agreements.
- Travel to job sites within the service area and work with dispatch to ensure schedule is maintained and delays are properly communicated to customer.
- Document all installed equipment upon arrival: make, model, serial number, type of fuel, necessary test measurements, and pictures as necessary.
- Diagnose diverse service issues, obtain and replacement parts, calibrate system to manufactures recommendations.
- Other duties as assigned.

The Residential Installer will assist in the installation of all things HVAC: Furnaces, AC’s, Heat Pumps, Duct Work, Mini Splits, Gas Lines and more.
- Installing, maintaining and repairing ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment
- Identifying maintenance risks on equipment
- Install HVAC systems including ductwork, piping, and wiring
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines at all times

Job Description:
The commercial installer will be responsible for installing new heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems including packaged rooftop units, split systems, evaporative coolers, exhaust fans, water heaters, ductless and controls.
- Install commercial HVAC equipment
• Heating, ventilation & air conditioning systems

• Split systems
• Evaporative coolers

• Water heaters - Install all ducting and sheet metal including rooftop curbs and curb adaptors, sheet metal plenums, distribution boxes, cans, grills and registers, flue piping, etc.
- Ability to verify adequate electrical HVAC system including disconnects, circuit breakers and fuses are sufficient and properly sized
- Run thermostat and other electrical wiring as required.
- Knowledge of refrigerant, gas and electric furnaces, heat pumps to be able to install and troubleshoot commercial systems up to 20 tons.
- Providing excellent customer service
